* I test all the lamps first before having it shipped. I will assure u that the bulb is working (lighting up), the lava "blobs" (melts and bounce around), and there's no leak or crack on the glass.
* It takes an hour or two before the lava melts and blobs so don't panic.
* I don't replace "pundido" bulbs. As long as it lights up, it's ready to be shipped. You can buy those bulbs at a very cheap price at any hardware store. Anyway, If you can buy an expensive lamp, you can buy a cheap bulb right.
* No return, no exchange.
