I know PHP. What do you mean when you said, GTK? GTK in linux? I know linux and C++ and I'll be interested in this job. What's your salary rate, work schedule and the location of your office? I am currently working as a freelance software/web developer but sooner, my contract for my last client will be due this april.

It means GIMP TOOL KIT. That means Graphic User Interface. That also means you can create software by using PHP embedded GUI libraries.
