i dont think there is...i mean the trade is not fair dont you think? the best way you can do is sell your old ps2 here and just add what you need to add for a new ps3....brand new ps2 right now is 6500 so i dont think you can get even half the money you need

I'm sure the OP mean to ask on whether there's a shop in Cebu that allows you to trade-in your old PS2 for a certain amount of credit and use that to buy the PS3 cheaper.
Stores in the US like Gamestop/EB Games kinda does that by advertising something like:
"GET THE NEW PS3 FOR $199.................. (if you trade in your old PS2 + 100 PS2 games)"
