please, lamdagi tawn ko ani.

bay, sa windows 98 kung naa badsectors ang hard disk, ang files ma-corrupted mana.. tinoud bah? if tinoud ma-recover na siya?

how about sa linux or unix? mahitabo japon na siya? nga ma-recover ang files, if naa na badsectors? or unsa mahitabo sa files?

can't answer directly to your questions. mo suggest rako nga samtang ma access pa nimo ang files, balhina na sa hard disk nga walay bad sector. ayaw huwata nga lisod na kaayo mag-recovery sa files, mahal kaayo na bayad. in case sayangan ka sa hard disk nga naay bad sector, pwede ra nimo ibaligya, mo palit man gani ko basta barato, sugal ba.

bad sectors can occur with any harddrives / disks. Informations on that bad sectors are lost but there are times and there are softwares that can recovers those informations.

if you want to fix your drive, clean it up with bad sectors you have to try ruelnov to the job for you.

i can recover files even if with bad sectors imo hard disk.

also, bisan unsa nga OS imo gamiton, maka-affect gihapon ang bad sectors sa imong files basta dili na ma-remap sa controller sa hard disk.

auto-remap na bro, ang hard disk controller (main IC sa logic board) maoy mo-trabaho ana kon kaya pa sa hard disk.

if not, kamao ta ana kon dili na ma-auto remap...ibalik sa factory condition ang hard disk...

heh, wajud epek na bro... each HDD manufacturer has "secret factory commands" to fix HDD probs nga dili ma-solve sa utilities nga naa sa ilahang website.

bitaw.. ganahan sad ko makahbaw unsa causes any kay 2 bya ako hdd. so that i can think of some preventive measures.
