try running memtest86+ sa imong computer and lets see if it can find errors... if in case your PC restarts/freezes during the ram test... then try to replace it with a known good ram.

For sure its your memory is bad, then magpailis na sad na!, if you have 2 stick of memory check lang each 1 by 1 para ma isolate ang guba na memory ok.
