PC Video Speed - Need Advice

Whenever I play the videos on my notebook, i'm encountering a problem:
The speed is so slow (slowmotion) , while the audio speed is ok.
It's very inconvenient especially when watching sports vids wherein ang mahitabo is the commentator is talking ahead of the action na.

I don't think the problem is with the video file itself coz I tried playing those files which used to run smoothly, but moslowmotion na pud sila karn. ang sound sa video d man mohinay. Maawahi na jud ang action.

if pirated, mostly ingana jud na. also, try to download latest video codecs.

m not using DVDs or VCDs . the videos i watch are videofiles.
please expound on video codecs.
ako software gamit to play is DIVX player and also GOM.
also tried winamp and WMP but same gihapon.

bisan pa video files sir, if the codecs are not all there, naa jud na effect sa video. nakatry ka using VLC player? how about media plyer classic, kana naa sa K-lite package? if wala, try daw. google it.

vlc player ok kaayo na bro. completo ug codecs na nya gaan pa nga player. try daw ani.
