Weird thing in Vista

Mga bro i just installed a Windows Vista Ultimate here in our office. After finishing installing some Drivers ang getting ready for transfering my files i found out that i cant rename anything in this computer which is actually really weird, for example when i try to rename anything or the system a error pops up with this message "the file or folder does not exist" even if a make a new folder and tries to rename it the same error pops up! how can i fix it? does anyone of you have encountered this freaky weird thing?

I've been using Vista for a year now and never experienced such a problem.. I suppose you didn't install a clean copy of vista on this computer... system files / registry keys could have been messed up..

I'm guessing this happens if you don't do a clean installation of the OS.
I haven't experience nor encounter this type of problem.
It's good to know though.

actually its my first os installation on a fresh newly purchased computer. b4 i installed the os ako pa gani gi delete ang mga formated drives kay gi-installan mani ug os sa ako gipalitan para matestingan den ako dayon gi format ug usab. libog jud ko. actually naka install man ko ug vista diri sa ako own pc. even though nagkagangkagang nani sa ka karaan unya wala pa jud casing ok raman ang vista makagamit man gali ko sa dreamscene nga feature ug aero theme.

@Puldopunk bro ikaw jud pirme nako savior ako nya na testingan imo link ugma sa office. hehehehe...
