dako ra ang 25k for an internet use only.... i suggest look for a dell pc at HRM... i just recently bought one there and it cost me like 6,800 pesos for the whole set.. dapit ni sa may sto. nino... likod sa City Hall... here are the specs sa akong napalit:

Dell PC
1 Gb RAM
80 Gb HDD
WIndows XP
19-inch LCD monitor (no brand)
