mao ba motivated jud d ay ning mga laki sa basta chiks sturyahan, mao d ay mag cge nalang gym akong boyfriend kay daghan chiks wala nlang gud mi mag date date kay puro nalang cya gym..

mao jud naka paet ana mag gym kai ma routine na, try other fitness programs or adopt a boxers training program or mix martial arts.
i also heard of the spartan training but i dont know if there are facilities here for the spartan training program.

yep lisod jud kaayo i motivate, mo gym nalang ka for the sole purpose nga, well, gym lang, or na routine na nimo, labi na after work, i really need to convince myself to go to the gym, bisan naka ilis na wala pa gihapon gana until such time nga mo tulo ang singot.
...dapat naa jud partner para mas lingaw, naa tig spot, tig hatag tubig, tig trapo, joke.
tabang kaayo kung naa kai partner... kato sa una naa koi gym buddy.. babe lingaw kaayo mi... wa gud adlaw mo agi exept sunday na di mi mag gym..
motivation? liftweights lang then ma motivate raka if ull see naa improvements...unya nana mga chix kung gwapo nata lawas...hehehehe
tell ur family and friends what ur goals are. u don't have to do things alone. they'll be there to motivate u and cheer u on!! =)
dude, kung mao na imong mentality nga chicks ray maka motivate nimo then you are doing it the wrong way.
sweat? you want to sweat? simple. ayaw sigeg pahuway after your set. have you heard of EDT?
ani nalang para sayon. do superset or tri-set then pahuway dayon.. di ba kaligo kag singot.
kung daghan og chicks ma distract na hinoon ka kay magsige lang kag tan-aw kung naay bila-bila diha sa imong kilid or atubangan... hehe
personally, every time i enter the gym, it's like going to war (tunnel vision). no time to talk, hangout, or ********. it's all business gyud.. anha nako mag chika-chika kung mag cool down nako.
kanang pang chicks later nana as wisechoice said... ikaw na unyay maglisod og balibad kung macho naka
