allow a cheat meal... then get back to your diet..
Change your program twice a week.. or you can change it every week.. to create muscle confusion.
Increase the intensity of the training by reducing the rest intervals in each set from 1 minute to 30 seconds..
Increase cardio duration and intensity.. know your limits also.. when you have diarrhea .. it might have been caused by overtraining.
Do cardio 2x a day... for a single week.. then get back to the regular training.. of single cardio per day or 5x a week cardio
this should highly increase your metabolic rate.. but do not overdo.. or it will create a aerobic adaptation..
this will tell you to increase your cardio intensity and duration again..
plan your meals..
change ratios of protein, carb, fat intake.. thats how to break a diet plateau

two options ako ma think..
1.) examine your diet
2.) increase intensity of exercise(weights & cardio combo)
those are options by the way... because when you reach a body fat of 8% or going below 10% its gonna get harder and harder.. you may have to try alot of things..
^^overweight paman ko medyo.. but was really overweight months back, then i dieted..
i think one of the reasons is because of my yoyo dieting before.
thats ok.. you still have a life time to reach your goal dba? hehehe
bsta keep up the 5-6 meals.. it will really reward you later on.. as your metabolic rate increases..

... nag gamit man ko reductil pud for one month just to jumpstart my diet... it worked for me. na-igo balik akong jeans b4. but its expensive lang, 2,495/month (from ibenz pharmacy kay barato ra man didto)
ayaw mag salig na naa kai lifetime to get your goal.. kai basin you might not enjoy the goal.. start now.. research on how..look what's wrong.. what's stopping you figure it out... do it now.. think postitive... hehehe...

i've been to a fat percentage below 10% that by which wla gyud dali dali-a
pero medyo gi dali2x..
and i have a result of alot of excess skin..
from 200lbs to 143lbs .. ripped around at 6-8% body fat..
so.. take your time breaking the plateau..
