I agree with this, dapat lang midnight lang jud kutob kay sakit sa dunggan kung hangtud kadlawon mag-cge paka-paka ang music...

since some, if not most of the barangay fiestas, and their events, which includes discos, and variety shows nga synonymous to loud, blaring music, is being organized by their barangay officials itself.
so unsaon mana pag implement?
