Hello everyone! I'm a website newbie and I want to know about the requirements in building a website. I'm referring to the important processes that website developers usually do to prevent liabilities from the gov't (DTI, BIR). Especially when business is involved. How do we know that we are liable for anything?

I doubt dli na gyud!!! kadaghan sa website sa kalibutan... ma ecommerce baron, porn, underground transaction thru OpenSource script basta and importante lang kung naa kay illegal transaction hehehe...masakpan imong IP ana naka maka-ubo ug taguk or depende man pod na sa imong location kung malocate paba gyud ka... Just create as usual website sa internet gud..and that's it. No need to worry about!...

If you're planning to create a basic web page nga dili dynamic (naay database and server-side scripting, etc.), you can use HTML...Use Front page express or macromedia dreamweaver. I reccommend the latter kay nindot and dili garbled ang output. Pero you need to edit the codes after kay sometimes hugaw kaayo ang output. Meaning naay codes nga walay gamit nga iyang i apil

Actually ang PHP and MySQL is necessary lang if you need to have user interaction, etc. sa imong websites.. ang PHP is basically for server-side scripting and ang MySQL is database na siya....

ang Apache is mao na siya ang imong server application...

Actually, you can get all these tools sa akong hosting packages. hehehe :mrgreen: (marketing gamay lang)

If business ang involve, Specially mag open ka ug office or business not in the internet you need to have papers.

however if you just planning to sell it online, you don't have to register your name sa DTI and Pay tax sa BIR.
