unsa akong buhaton? patabang unta ko. akong DVD/CD rom sa akong laptop dili na maka read maskin unsa cd or dvd. dili na pud maka burn. duda ko ang lens ang guba. pwede pa ba ni ma ilisan ang akong dvd/cd rom?

In Cebu City only TRICOM deals with Toshiba products. Do a search and you'll find their contact number and location. I also have a Toshiba laptop, that's how I know. Good luck!
