    ayaw lang pag-IUD. It causes numbness sa matres sa babae. think of this: sudlan ug copper nga butang ang imung matres, comfortable kaha ka?



    there are a lot of ways para mag-family planning. Comment from a mom lang ni ako, ha. Dili pud ko expert.
