    Opportunities are to be sought,
I'm a chemical engineer myself but I never think
about that, I just concentrate in my studies before to get acceptable
grades through much efforts and did able to get it. Because of this I could
land in jobs so easily. Actually it's your perfoermance that counts so much
regardless of the discipline that you would choose, for in every career there
    is always a corresponding job.
Just do your studies well or even excel in it and you would be rewarded
    in the end.
