go for note 2 if you are aiming for productivity, pero kng regular use and more on just light browsing, games, and movies go for S3.

Maigo ra pd bya akong note 2 sa akong bulsa
but mas comfortable sa bulsa ang s3
For me lng ha gnhan ra kaau ko sa kadak-on sa screen sa note 2 nindot kaau for movies, games, web browsing di ka mg cge ug zoom in zoom out.
