vet clinics? hmm city hall (cebu city, talisay, mandaue and lapu2x) would be a good start to inquire... these clinics will definitely apply for business permits, so records of them and their growth will be available in these offices.

or the office of veterinary medicine? im just guessing here but i assume prior to registration, they need to pass thru the city vet office for clearance.... or not?
