Ask lang ko question gamay... pwede ba gamiton ang BDO cash card(debit card) para e verify sa paypal? or para magamit sa paypal?
Istrikto man gud ang requirements sa unionbank e-on nga card (they need pag-ibig ID or TIN id or 2 valid government issued nga IDs para maka apply unya wala man ko aning mga ID-ha, voters ID ra akoa).

di po pwede sir, dapat credit card talaga gamitin, apply ka nalng ng Metrobank Value Card kong wala kang proper identification card

EON union is usable... other debit cards i think dont work.

why man dili mo work? it bears the mastercard logo man... sorry for the noob question... mas dali man e open og account sa BDO gud compared to unionbank...

mao cguro tungod kay mas sayun iopen. dali ra man pagkuha ug TIN card, kuha na lang, or kanang postal ID, para at least bisag student pa lang ka, kay naa na ka 2 valid IDs

About the requirements for EON, I only used my drivers license and my passport. My wife the same, my daughter used drivers license, passport and sss. Maybe you should go to another branch... Read on their website about the requirements. Print it and let them take a look at it...
