    Default HELP! Can't log in... no verification e-mail sent to me


    Hello mga sir, madams and Mods and Admins.

    This is Javs ( I'm just using my nephews account )
    Please help me....

    What happened is I changed my e-mail address here and told me that it will send me a verification letter to my e-mail address but it didn't. It's been like 3 weeks now. Maka log in ra ko pero dili ko ka post or search... gi mingaw nako diri. I log in here often than FB. This is my home.

    Please help and send me a verification e-mail at peoplgetready@yahoo.com (note: no E in people)

    My user name is javs.

    Sorry for being so impatient and hassle... Please please help me. Thank you in advance.

    Have you tried searching in your "Junk emails" folder?

    there's no javs in the members list because he belongs to the group "Users Awaiting Email Confirmation"

    according to the records, he was an Elite Member registered on Nov 18, 2009 with 1,228 posts and uses this avatar:

    His previous email was okay, but when he changed it, the verification email could not be sent therefore he could not validate his account and could no longer login.

    @TS:

    Request lang ni sir BeoR to change your Primary Usergroup from Users Awaiting Email Confirmation to Elite Member para magamit nimo balik imo account. You may also have to submit a valid email address if necessary, hangyoa lang si sir.

    If he can no longer get to the e-mail address on record with iSTORYA, there really is no way for us to verify he is who he is except maybe with an official notarized document? Other than that, get access to that e-mail account or you are out of luck.

    This should serve as a reminder to everyone ... keep your e-mail address correct and up-to-date.

    Basin .com.ph imo nahimo nga address bai? Based sa error message, mura'g non-existent ang e-mail address, so e himo nalang then e try resend ang validation e-mail.

    What if the domain is no longer active? I can't change my email as well cause the email add that I used for my account is no longer active. I also wanted to change my email since it's inactive. Is it still possible to change email add without verifying it from the old email?

    ^ I don't think it is necessary to have active old email account in changing ones email address. As long as your current email account is active and its the correct and updated email address where the verification email from Istorya will be sent, it shouldn't be a problem.
