Is it the newer Macbook Pro with the Penryn based processor, and Ipod/Ipod touch-like trackpad?

You are lucky bro. That's one of the best machines out there.

You can also try doing Boot Camp, and install Windows XP or even Vista x64.

mga mac users bro n sis, unsa inu ma recommend nko na brand for wireless router so i can use my internet n my pc n at the same time n my laptop? tnx nnu daan!
