ayaw og kaon og usa ka semana...
Breakfast - oatmeal, banana, milk & water.
Lunch - eat all you can, lol! any food you like to eat & water.
Dinner - again, any food you like but just don't eat too much & water, water, and more water!
I used to be a sucker for having "too much".
It's just a matter of self control really.
& Don't forget to exercise as well, 20 minutes a day or thrice a week won't hurt you.

kaon lng kadaghan sa usa ka adlaw bai,, pero kada meal nmo more or less 1/4 sa imung 1 meal jd,,
like if 5 times ka mukaon ug 1/4 meal,, imu makaon tbuok day ky 5/4 ra,, which is wa katung sa imung 3 meals,.
pang paspas pd daw na digestion,, mu nay gisunod ni JLo,.
i heard "eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper"
but then again, each body is different...
swap bad things for good eg: if u eat fries swap them for carrot sticks (they're tastier than u think)
swap driving for walking
swap playing vid games for outdoor sports
monitor ur progress and see what works for u best
exercise is the key word basta dieting. no effect imo diet if wala exercise bisan if you eat good food.
see food diet.
serious eat moderately.
Kani kay tried and tested. Half rice lang, cut down on your rice intake and stop drinking soda's or whatever, you know what i mean. mao rana wala na exercise kung gusto kag pinakasayon jud nga diet. try it for a month and tell me if i'm wrong.
