The owners of the Hideout Restobar [Kyle and Jimboy (nicolepadilla)], asked me to post this for them.

After holding back in selling the rights and shares of the Hideout Restobar, both owners have finally decided to sell all of the Hideout Restobar Rights and share. Both owners are leaving for abroad. Jimboy for the USA (2 years contract) and Kyle for Europe (getting married and possibly to settle down for good).

Because of this, they are calling all those who are interested to engage in a restobar business to come and visit the place. You may be a single person, partners or a group of people to form a corporation.

over-all investments made by owner would almost reach 700k, now they are selling everything at 400k. although its still negotiable, they would rather discuss the negotiable price to the interested buyer in person.
