The final release of Windows Vista hasn't really been shipped yet so whoever's using one right now might be using one of the RC (Release Candidate) that Microsoft made available to both beta testers and the public. What's a Release Candidate? It's basically a pre-RTM version of a software product for final consideration.

ALPHA -> BETA -> RC -> RTM (Gold)

bisdepot is not using vista yet.. their wallpapers are just vista.. i suppose anyone can recognize a vista when they see one, the black interface, the 3Dish style..

last time i checked on the net, RTM price is at 499 bucks for Vista Ultimate, which is more or less 25k here in Phils.
