3 types civilization was explained by professor Michio Kaku who also has great contribution regarding quantum physics.
That may be true.
But how about intellegent extra terrestrial from other side of the universe.

In fact on Sept of 2010 an astronomer found a planet 3 times the size of the earth located in a goldilock zone from its mother star believe that there would have been water, they named it Gliese 581g. They consider it as the greatest discovery of astronomy. amazing!!!

actually according sa discovery wala daw ni xa nag tuyok mau daw init kaau ang lightward sa planet then bugnaw sad kayu ang leeward(back) side of the planet.. Ang pressure daw didto is mu differentiate ug 1 and quarter PSI. so medyo bug-at jud ang ato weight didto.
