HELP::::I need Conselling on this........

I consider myself lucky coz out of 30+ entrance exam takers for the Philippine coast guard(officer position), I passed....
I went to manila and finished all the medical exam/neurological/physical/swimming/interview/etc.and passed.
The training will commence this 2nd week of nov. and when that happens, for 8 mos. no outside contact or whatsoever is allowed..
The salary is 30k per month..its quiet good...

BUT at the same time...
I'm having second thoughts on pursuing the coast guard career coz the Canadian immigration agency called me and told me to submit papers for the immigration process..
In this, they need my presence during the entire process..
the Canadian benefits are quiet tempting esp. when I think for the future of my family..
I am a nurse...

I need your ADVICE really on this...I'm in between two roads,I'm not sure which one I shud take....
In this decision---my life would change either ways..

its really a toughy bro, pro mas nindot ug ka ug opportunity sa canada esp nga nurse ka.. altho sureball ang coast guard position, but at some point in all our lives we have to make risks. sa canada, anything can happen but if things go right, u and ur family will reap a lot benefits.. my advice is NO GUTS NO GLORY!!! hehe

have a discussion with your family , wife, kids, parents, siblings and friends also...
then weight in to what they say,
