    Don't bother to buy in this development. Mazari Cove has a Cease and Desist Order because of incomplete development.
    Check HLURB. http://hlurb.gov.ph/wp-content/uploa...CDO/CDOCVR.htm

    It is supposed to be finished by November 2013 but until now it is not. If you happen to visit the site, the roads are far from complete. Perimeter fence is not yet complete (outsiders are frequent even at night). Drainage is only on the main road. The amenities is 0% complete.

    From your inquiry on the distance from the beach, the frontage is 150 meters beach but black sand. Depends on the location of the unit. The area is about 4 hectares.

    Electricity is not good because it is not official VECO connection. Low voltage is frequent. If you have aircon units then good luck on it. It will not work most of the time. Even LED lights more than 5 volts may trip frequently.

    Correction on the 5 volts. It's 5 watts LED light. I've asked some homeowner's and all of them are frustrated. Delayed turn-over (more than a year from expected completion date). Don't trust the sales agents just ask the homeowners on their experience because they know more than the agents who are after the sales only.
