After graduation naay job fair sa school, naa usa ka pinakasikat na company didto so nangapply ko and all. Nakuha ko after the grueling interviews. I know already na call center ang work, I never researched about it ang pros and cons na overwhelm man gud ko sa offer sa sweldo (my own fault) so I signed up for it. After a week of taking calls na I was feeling uncomfortable sa job, not because of the people but because of the schedule and ang work grabe. 80 to 100 calls per shift and feeling nako ang earphones kay mura ug chain nga imu isuot every shift and ang tooot sa phone until now manlibarot akong balahibo pag makadungog ko and lastly mahurt man jud ko sa mga racist, irate ug mang.underestimate na customers, dili lang gyud ko anad. In the end the job was not for me I resigned, and said to myself na that is my first and last call center work I will have.
