its best to go to a travel agency for help, what kind of visa do you need? tourist?
Usually the processing takes mga 3 weeks to a month (estimate).. kai ipadala pa na sa manila kai wla embassy diri sa cebu.

Looks like you will need a Shengen visa.

Just call the embassy. they can help.

You have to show up in person anyway. I had to do the same when I went to Germany with my daugther. I don't need a visa but she does. So we had to go to Manila for the interview.
No interview, no visa. There is no way around it.

makita nimo diri ang requirements. pag-apply nakog tourist visa la ko niagig agency pero giinvite ko ato sa akong sister. ako ra gi compy tanan nga requirements ngprint ko ug visa application form nga makita ra pud anang link naa sa ibabaw.nya nanawag kos embassy sa manila for personal appearance at the same time interview. if ma approve imong application hangyoa lang if pwede ipadala lang nimo ang imong passport kay wala naman gud consulate office sa cebu.
