Requirements:


  • Male not more that 35 years old
  • Must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services management, Food Technology, Culinary or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must have hands-on exposure to all kitchen functions/activities (hot/cold sections, stewarding)
  • Must have culinary skill/cooking techniques
  • Has supervisory/leadership skills
  • Can communicate well.
