Help! Andriod Tab Screen Not Working

Hey Guys,

tabangi ko ninyo guys, naa koy tab nga 8" dli man sya branded, sa smart ni nga offer ug nag plan ko anig 350 PHP per month, almost 4 months na cguro ni nako. Ang singugdanan lng, naa koy gi type, tapos akong gi standby kadyot, then pag on nako nag hang2x sya at first, pero kadugayan, dli na mogana ang screen I thought ni hang hapon sya, pero mag rotate2x man ang screen so wla jd sya ni freeze. at the same time, kung akong e press ug long press ang button, mo appear man ang option "shut down,...etc", so ako sya gi reset jd, pero dli man sya ma format d i, ma off lng ang system pero inig on, the same ghapon ang problem, dli mo gana ang screen. wla mani nako na dat.ogi, ni kalit lng jd sya ug duda nako, ang apps cguro ang problema ani. anogon mnpd ug dli nako atimanon, kay 2 years raba ang contract aneh. bsin naa moy mga way diha kong unsaon ni sya, nga ma format jd, bsin na virusan bakaha ni.

im phone and computer tech....if wala kay pang dismantle ana ,,dalha nana sa cellsop kung asa ka doul,,,first basic is to disconnect the battery and need soldering para fully reboot jud basin ma normal balik,,, many procedure for that kind of problem,,,

I suggest have it warrantied, sa smart man kha gkan. for sure it's covered by some sort of warranty. ayaw lang usa ipa-open ug 3rd party shops para dli ma void ang iyang warranty

check lng nya nako bro, i dont know kung void pa ba nila na... try nlng nako
