    Default Mantika sa Century Tuna Flakes in Oil Makatambok bah?


    bitaw.. kay sige man gud kog kaun ani kay lami man gud pang snax bah.. pero ga duda ko ang kanang iyang mantika gani ana? makatambok na xa?

    mao sad na akong concern. lami-an ku ug century tuna and it's high in protein pa jud. pero tan-awa murag gilunod sa mantika and the can says VEGETABLE OIL. huh? diba mao man na pangprito?!! saon nalang ang diet?

    nipalit nalang ku ug century tuna in WATER. naa sad baligya, red and color sa can. but ang problem, puol kaau kan-on. walay lami!

    pilia ang century tuna nga lite. less 50% salt. healthy kaayo ni nindot i pares sa wheat bread makadaog gyud ni more on protein yummy

    soya oil na gigamit sa century tuna, magtingub ko palit ana flakes in oil nga lite dili kaayo parat, before kato man solid in water ako paliton ni shift ko pero kato lite kay lud-on ko ato solid in water pero mao to pina ka less in sodium ipares nako wheat bread or oatmeal with non-fat milk every morning
