Hello fresh graduate here...

Naa lang koy ask ninyo mga friends.

Kabantay ko nga mostly mga web developers naa sila'y mga portfolio. Mga employer man gud mangita og portfolio sa mga applicants. Ang mga software developers pwede bah? Dako ni og points kung ibutang sa resume?? Dali ra ka ma-hire ani if lisod2x sad ang imong gibuhat nga program like example lang Virtual Machine for C?

Katong mga employee sa NEC, NCR, Lexmark, Taiyo yuden, AWS og infoweapons unsa'y tan-aw ninyo ani?

Kato sang mga HR ok ba ni?

portfolio, so that means, ok ra pud kung nagself-study and constant practice lang ka? as long as nindot imong output..

Basta related lang sa required skills sa company ang imo portfolio, dako kaayo nag plus points bro especially fresh graduates pajud ka then nakahimo nakag mga advanced programs applying advanced algorithms.

basta ang important.. kong onsa to ang position imong gi applyan i adjust pud imong resume..
in a way nga ma pansin nila og mas dali imong mga "skills" related to the position...

nya kong na involve ka og usa ka lisud kaau nga project... mas nindot kong dako kag na contribute about ato nga
project... dili lang moral support.. hehee.
