Default How to Workout at HOME?

    Hi Guys,

I'm not new to istorya but I seldom do post in here.

I really love istorya because I really find this site informative.

Anyway, I would like to ask for help regarding working out my body physique.

I'm 5'6 or 5'7 guy, around 55kg and definitely thin.

Can someone please suggest on how to workout at home? What should I do, what are things that I'm gonna need?

What should I eat(Note: I don't eat vegetables and fruits, I mean I only eat bananas, apples, orange)?

Those kind of stuffs, and way better if someone could give procedures in dealing with it.

    Thank you so much...

You can get started with just simple bodyweight exercises. Assuming you're a beginner and young, you'll see results only doing pushups and pullups. Try doing as many of each as you can, three times, resting a couple minutes between each set. Do this every day and you will get stronger every day.

To really start gaining lean mass though, you will need to start lifting weights. Dumbbells are easier to manage at home.

If you start exercising you will need to eat more to fuel the extra activity, particularly protein rich foods. These include fish, meat, eggs, milk, peanuts, mongos.

Great tips guys, I know pretty well that I could use those things.

yeah, I'm a bit young, 21 years old.

Do some of you take vitamins, not those supplements that makes your muscle bigger but to help condition my body?

I'll try to do first cardio activities, I always play basketball, once or twice a week. As suggested, I'll jog maybe thrice or four times a week..

Regarding on lifting weights, could someone suggest what specific equipments to buy? I would love to build muscles on it's best form, because someone told me that if you just only lift dumbbells, we may get big muscles but not in good form.

    Thanks again guys!!
