i am using the free version og AVG. so far so good.

try using firefox with the adblock extension installed. most of the spams comes out from surfing the net. of course from your emails too. but if ur surfing the net most of the time, its time to get firefox instead of I.E.


i do occassionaly used spybot search and destroy, its fast and free
