    Pros
    1. can set your own time
    2. dli nka mg ilis or maligo sayo sa buntag ig mata coz u are working at home
    3. pede mgtan-aw salida, fb ug uban pa while ngwork coz way boss
    4. hayahay kay mkaset ka ug imong own rate

    Cons
    1. hasol kay ikaw pa mobayad sa imong sss etc2x.
    2. sometimes naa mga buyer nga maru dugay dugayon ka bayad labi na if fixed price.
    3. sahay naay client strikto, halos every minute sigeg buzz nimo hehehe

    full time Outbound Agent/Appointment Setter and part time tig register og username and password sa websites for blogging and forum commenting.

    pros:
    1. i can take my break every feeding time skong bb,no need na maghire og yaya
    2. no meal and transpo budget kay naa ramn ka sa balay
    3. no need to dress up
    4. can watch movie,fb,fs or online research
    5. tagsa ra mangumusta ang boss coz we jst send 15th and 30th report for the salary.
    6. can take nap during break time and flexible ra sad
    7. way quality so di mi ma-monitor.
    8. way powertripper


    cons:
    1. no benefits like insurance,leave credits og uban pa
    2. 15th salary mupost 19th or 20th pa, while 30th salary pud 5th of the ff. month pa mu post kay dugay kaayo ang online banking sa union bank
    3. na delay amo sweldo twice kay ang tig send sa amo sweldo nagka system issue katong naa typhoon sa ilaa and the 2nd time nag out of town cya, wa cya nakainternet. pro ni apologize cya. makakurat lang ang delay kay nagtuo mi nga natiurok na ang among account nya wa lang mi napa hibaw..simbako lang intawn kay namugas raba mi. hehehe
    4. di na completo ang sweldo kay minusan man sa paypal transfer fee
    5. bayad lang sa internet and kuryente
    6. naa jud times nga laay sad cya.


    im blessed kay amo boss buotan and convenient kaayo para nko coz i need to stay at home for my 4 month old bb boy.
