As far as the Summer League is concerned, Marco Belinelli tops the list. But for the whole batch, I'd pick Kevin Durant for ROY.

Its pretty obvious Kevin Durant is going to be rookie of the year. Take a look at Seattle, they have no franchise player to begin with, no Ray Allen and no Rashard Lewis. They have no other option but to give the ball to Kevin Durant, expect a lot of 30 point games from Kevin this season...
