bati man ning bayan tel, business plan pa akong gi kuha kay stable kuno, na mura na perti mang hinaya.cge nakog reklamo wa ghapon effect.. pwede ni ipa cut bisag wala pa nahuman ang contract na walay bayran,wala man mo motuman sa inyong saad na stable ang linya.mahal raba..not happy customer...

^ A contract works both ways. Have a look at the agreement, if they are failing to deliver the minimum service promised (speed & uptime) then present them with evidence ie screenshots of speed tests taken at various times of day and make your communications more official, perhaps in the form of email rather than phone calls. I think there is stability monitoring software you can install too... just try to Google. There is no reason why you should have to honor a contract if a provider is not doing the same.
