Our company is seeking of employing a home-based HR&Accounts Receivable Person
This is a full time job. Will be working based on Miami, Florida time

Job Description:
Manages all employee time tracking for payroll; employee folders, and assists with new employee placement & equipment.

Job Functions:
• Receives any and all questions concerning paychecks, problems with time or deductions, then informing employee of action taken or answers.
• Handles all uniforms for employees/supervisors/project managers: purchase requests for/assigning to each employee/keeping a log per employee in their file/keeping current inventory.
• Order, assign and track all employees time clock keys, per employee and keeps a log per employee in their file and on database.
• Set up folders for new employees, making sure all new employee paperwork is in the file. (See new employee checklist in each folder) if not, call in employee to compete folder.
• Verify/file confidential drug test, take appropriate action if results do not meet with company policy.
• File in each confidential employee folder any and all information, per employee.
• Maintain/Request seminars, trainings, and apprentice program, pass list on to Human Resources to apply cost accordingly.
• After completion of employee application call the interviewer and see when they can be interviewed; advise applicant who and when they will be contacted by. After opening folder for employee, put all employment papers that correspond to the employee and give to Human Resources.
• Account Receivables – tracks payments from customers, deposit in bank and apply payment in accounting programs.
• Bill customers for work orders done on field; usually service calls – miscellaneous jobs – job with time & material, per project managers and supervisors request.
