Broken Family: A curse or part of predistination?

just want to open this topic, hoping for better idea/s from all of you....
My parents got separated when i was 9 years old. Worst ang drama sa life nako, drugs, sexual immorality (premarital ***), drop out sa school, all my failures I blamed my parents.
My father was once a priest, met my mom, got married....
Just want to ask you guys if ang broken family ba is a curse or paRT of God's plan or maybe consequence lang sa mistakes sa parents?
- I'm married now, blessed with one gwapo son....

di mana curse man guro..akong papa ug iya 2 ka brother nagdako sa ila lola nga pwerteng pobreha intawn since namatay ug sayo ila papa,mga 5years old pa siya ato, naminyo ug lain iya mama then nagkafamily mao wa sila ni-ipon, sayo ayo nakat-on ug inom, sigarilyo,bugoy2x ug uban pang bisyo,ambot sa akong papa pero iya usa ka igsuon nagdrugs man guro,mao istorya sa amo sa ilang pagkabatan-on, pero pagkaminyo nila, natarong naman sila, maybe nakarealize sila nga naa ra nila unsaon nila pagdala sa kinabuhi ug nadawat ra nila ila sitwasyon ug wa gani ko kadungog nga ila gi.blame ila mama na-unsa sila pagdako....naa jud guro na sa taw iyang coping ug adjust sa iya situation

you may just not notice it but the things that happen in your life, may it be unpleasant or nice, happens for your own good...

They have their reasons, wala man pud tingale sa ilang plano nga magminyo unya magbuwag lang pud paghuman sa pipila ka tuig, it's just the result sa ilang panagkuyog and coupled with the decissions they made.

bitaw there's no such thing as a curse. everything happened because of the choices you made in your life. that's why before you make one think of it a million times so no regrets later.

i dont think curse na. .ammm, my family separated when i was 5 or 6 tingale. . pareha rapud nmo. .mo sabot nlang gud akong mga tita kai mao na, lahi daw ang bata basta naai parents nga nag guide. .mao pud lage, mao raman gihapon akong batasan hantod karon sipat gihapon. ambot lag mausab ko. .pero ge tambagan ko sa madre sauna teacher nako kibaw man xa nga gusto nako mag balik akong parents pero wa daw mahimo kai kong mag balik sila mao ra gihapon dili na akong mama ganahan sa ako papa, useless ra gihapon kung mag ipon ming tanan kai mag awai2 ra gihapon sila, kibaw manko nga hate kau sa kong mama akong papa, ambot lang pud kaha unsai rason. . hmpf

it's not a curse, you're just putting the blame to what happened with you're family before, or shall we say a scapegoat for yourself so that you wont blame yourself with your failures..

...neither para nako... kay you make your own choice..you lead your own life... at the end of the day, it still depends on how much effort you gave to make the relationship work... and as for the broken family thing na reason sa pagkagubot sa life sa usa ka taw... depende ra na sa tao... back in high school, we were 7 in the group.. 5 of my friends come from broken homes.. all the drama that you can imagine, natabo na nila guru..pero they're all professionals now... okay man ang life... kay di sad sila ganahan i.waste ang ilahang future tungod lang sa natabo sa parents...
