hahah. way blema!!! the band made me realize that you don't have to be a guitar god to make a statement.

i previewed some tracks on the album and i just wanna say that SY literally "picked-up" (soundwise) what they had left on Sonic Nurse. the new one is more popp-ish (or pop-oriented if you like) without losing the SY ambient-noise-spacey-whatever sound signature.

    bitaw bay sah.?!
SY is not bound on any rhythm or melody consciousness. they play with pure guts to expirement on effex and beats nga d ka kadungog from other bands. their sound is definite kaayo. makaingun jud ka nga kahibaw sila sa ilang gbuhat. coz if you hear the same approach from other groups, mura man ug pataka lang gud ang result.

But SY is Sy....they're advance for their time. think about it, they've been into this style since earliest of the 80's . mga 1982 tingali approximiate.
waaaah! and until now , lisud gihapon sila i-digest sa masses.

para nako nako ....simply said, SY is the abstract art of rock music.

ya it may sound near impossible. but if the passion is there plus the understanding of the sound concept ,,,, this is doable.

basta parehas lang ug trip. pyter!
