No "New Topic" tab in Buy and Sell section

I'd like to ask why there is no "New Topic" tab in Buy and Sell SEction

Do not post crap while working your way up to Junion Member. Doing so will only make the process much slower. There are a lot of discussion for you to participate in.

You have three options:

1) Get one of the paid membership options (which you don't want to do)
2) Work your way up to "Junior Member"

... btw, as of now "Newbies" can still reply to topics under Buy / Sell.. but if I still see a lot of thread crappers, I might take that out as well.

iSTORYA.NET is free... you can still access it right? Newbies, however, are not allowed to post topics under Buy / Sell anymore (and at the rate crappers abound, I might also take out "reply" access). You must be at least a Junior Member or avail of the paid options to post there.
