Double istorya payment - Help Mr. BEOR!

I have been with istorya since 2009 and I will continue subscribing because it helped me in my business. My only complaint is that I was charged twice through paypal for my renewal subscription since last year. My credit card statements for the months of July 2014 and July of this year showed that I was charged twice. I have visited the istorya office and left a copy of my statements and I was instructed to PM Mr. BEOR unfortunately I don't know how to PM without passing through a forum. Please help!

Kay if via paypal na, basin na-auto-setup as recurring payment bah.

But anyway, for refunds, contact lang jud si Boss @BeoR or si Maam @Galadriel. Via PM jud noon, so you have to login to do that.

Everything is in your Paypal profile. You must have bought twice before. I will check but you are the only one who can cancel the recurring profiles.

Thanks for the reply. Ako na gicancel ang recurring payment sa paypal. Ask lang ko since I paid twice for the past 3 years (2014, 2015 & 2016), Unsa ako buhaton para macredit for this year and the next 2 years (2018 & 2019) ako subscription? My renewal will be July 28.
