If naa ky chance TS to go abroad, reach it and grab it.
Advice lang is to go there by visit visa then didto ka direct mag apply rather than through agency sa pinas ky for sure gamay ra ang rate. ang salary na i-offer ky makit-an ra nimo diha, pareha nako, but i went ahead just for experience sake and to get off from my comfort zone. good luck.

I suggest you to apply in any legitimate agency. Visit Visa is good but there's a little disadvantage once you are there. Even if you have relatives/friends to stay but come to think also that the transportation in Dubai is too expensive. And most companies does not grant a working visa once you are hired. Why? It is another expenses or fee if they are going to process a working visa. Well lucky for those who went out and got a working visa from their companies. But most cases I have observed that they don't grant any working visa. Visit Visa is only good for two or three months to stay and another one month extension but with fee. Beyond that you need to exit like in the place of Kiesh (A small island of Iran) to renew your visit visa. So another expenses again.

Everything will be on place while through agency. Are you in Cebu right now? I have a list of Cebu Agencies which is POEA Accredited. And as far as I know. Middle East Companies does not ask any placement fee pero kun naa man deli dako kaayo.
