Worth the price...and the location is fine. But cannot afford it this time. Do you have other brand new houses available for sale within the price range P1.2M to P1.5M? Thanks.

actually.. we compared this house to other houses in other subdivisions.. a 140 sqm lot and 120sqm house in other subdivisions are worth 5m this is only 3.6 because the 5m houses are some what commercialized.. like daghan ipatukod niya under 1 name.. diba?.. amoa sunod ra mi basis sa mga tag 5m nga houses pero amoa gi.himo mas affordable.. ehehe..
