-can pay rent on time
-single

Monthly rent is: Php3,000 (inclusive of water and free high speed internet connection)

Terms and conditions: 1 month advance and 1 month deposit (negotiable)

Location: Banilad Greens Sudb. Very accessible to Country Mall, Banilad Town Center, Oakridge, UC Banilad and a jeepney ride to J-Mall.

Perks: If you have a car, we have a vacant parking lot for one car. This is a house so you are welcome to use the other amenities in it.
