I'm looking for the best female Psychologist/Psychiatrist in Cebu City who specializes in Clinical Depression to Bipolar disorders. I'm not sure who treats which but I hope you can give light.
So far, I've had the chance to contact Dr. Duhaylungsod but got no reply yet.
Please help fellows.

i have gone to dr. canete sa cebu doc medical arts. i'm diagnosed with depression. he's okay, but you know how GUYS/MEN approach things diba. straight to the point, way arte2. bummer. tbh, makes you feel like wa siyay enough time to hear shit or unsa. hahaha. when you're in a fragile state, of course you want to feel like am-amon ka diba.
