try to remove extra peripherals sa sulod sa computer (cd-rom, extra hard drive, fans, etc.) kay basin defective na ang PSU di na kapower sa tanan components.

u have manual?
what type of memory u have?
how many sticks?
same brand and speed?
trial and error. DIY.. if possible. write down paper ur steps to make.
then...
off ur pc. remove the power cord from the avr.
first thing first : remove power conection to ur hdd.
2nd : check for blaoted or busted capacitors from ur mobo/ videocard

Thats very fital bro: for me mao na akong worst experience when using an ATX mobo and AGP cards.
The most common fault is the Motherboard, next the videocard or the Memory and softwares.
Check lang bro basin grounded lang na sa casing or naa ka natarog or sa windows lang na nimo.
possible sad you have a dead mobo.
try to remove the memory and vc
if it beeps then ok pa ang mobo
isolate the problem lang sa
