mobo:emaxx-amd785g-fxn
memory:2x2gb ddr3 geil dual channel
os:windows 7 ultimate 32bit
hsf/cooler:deep cool iceedge 400xt
gpu:inno3d nvidia geforce 9600 gt 512mb 256bit ddr3

my problem is how to unlock the 2 remaining cores to make it a quad core.
i am currently overclock at 3.7ghz on two cores (3.1ghzz stock speed)plss to those fellow istoryan na master on pc pls do help me...thanks

ang naa sa imong motherboard is only ACC pero lisod na nga process. better replace or buy a new one.

i recommend asrock with UCC.

yes naa na sya acc option.ang ubang mobo kay naa naman god hybrid option which automatically unlock the cores...gusto jud nako ma unlock ang 2 remaining cores kay nakapalit nakog new psu(silverstone 750watts)og new gpu pod for gaming..i badly nees help.kay ang mga thread sa net about unlocking kay lahi man og mobo ila gamit.

ala bay UCC option imong board? kung wala mas maau pa magchange ka og board nga naay UCC or Unlock CPU Core... i would recommend asrock nga mobo...

if bag.o pana imong mobo wala pay 7 days pwede na nimo pa ilisan ug lain nga with UCC ra kay mas dali ra to mka unlock.

or pwede nimo e dispose imong mobo sa buy n sell then palit ka ug bag.o

nakabasa ko og thread/forum na you need to update your bios from alpha to beta ver. to have a hybrid option kaso diko kamao unsaon pag update sa bios actually na downloaad na nko ang file update sa bios i just dont know how

lisod gyud na mag update ug bios because we don't know when mo occur ang brown-out. once bios update is failed... then say goodbye to your motherboard.

so better baligya nlng na imong current motherboard then palit ka ug bnew... dapat with UCC na para walay hasul.

785 chipset mana di na maka unlock, mao baya na rasun gi trade or baligya (kalimot ko sa name) iyahang MoBo...

Advance Clock Caliberation
Allows calibration of clock signal between CPU cores and south bridge. This technique was used to achieve higher stable overclock frequencies of earlier Phenom II CPU generation based on 65nm manufacturing process. Latter ACC was used as a way to unlock cores on dual and triple core Phenom II CPUs that were disabled by AMD. Since ACC can calibrate signal for each core you could activate disabled cores and get a triple or quad core CPU from dual or triple one.
