BEEPS means you have problem with your HARDWARE.
Your OS is 100% fine I assume. You don't need programmer to that LOL!!!!!!

@dodie, yes. Gkan ko nagpa repair, cost me 350 .. tungod daw adto the other day ga cge low power and brownout. hahayz, wala pa ko budget for a ups, mg start na ko save.

Anyways, I want to learn unsaon pg reformat sa ako pc. I had a colleague before nga nurse pud and xa ra mg reformat sa iya pc. I want to do the same, can someone guide me on how to do it? thanks in advance.

In that case, check your power supply or have a better AVR. If you have problems with your powerlines, report it.

When it comes to damage issue, it could only be motherboard or memory.
These items are prone to electric damage (low power, voltage flickers or bad power supply)
The rest should be fine. It's better to check each items.

Hard disks are durable but they also receive damages if turned off suddenly that makes their thin heads scratches the surface. If that item is old, replace it. If it's still reliable, you can continue using it.
