    Default dealing with delicious foods


    im becoming fat, coz grabe ra jud ang food available dri, akong breakfast murag lunch, maglunch nalng kog mga 5pm, grabe pud, then dinner 8pm, lami jud ang food, like porkchop, ribs pa usahay, baboy jud or baka naa pay spag usahay, plus pag abot sa akong mom, dad.an pa jud kog cheeseburger with fries n coke, den sometimes kung molaag akong ate, dalhan kog mahalun na pizza, unlimited pa ang ice tea dri, makainom rakog tubig kung mag toothbrush,

    this would happen at least 5 days a week, everyday ko malibang, usahay twice pa, pero hardcore ko mag field work at least, bagging 30 minutes per day pero im stil expanding

    sayang sad kaau ang delicious food kung mabahaw..

    i just can resist this delicious food, sayang man gud, kung ihatag dli sad ko kay lami ra kaau, makaon man sad nko.. i consider it as blessing..

    but i cant make some hardcore work out, busy sad ko looking for money, dont want to b tired of working out..

    unsa man jud imo gusto? huna2 a lang kana tanan imo gikaon sa imo rana lawas pa uli.

    di pud ganahan mo workout kay nimo pa "dont want to b tired of working out.. "

    if you can't help yourself, nobody else will.

    basin nakay mga silingan diha nga ga lisod og pangitag pagkaon, e share nalang na imo "blessings" at least naka tabang pa kas uban og sa imong kaugalingon...

    make up your mind unsa gyud imo ganahan...

    ambot, pero naglight work out ko ron, 30 mins boxing training, lain na kaau akong lawas, gamay ug tiil nya lapad ba, nya hubag kaaug kuto2x, kanang upper portion sa tiyan between d lower ribs. pro ambot, lami ra kaau ang food, lain sad kaau ihatag sa silingan, ingnan palang gtagaan ug sobra.

    i know sad this will not last forever, dats wy im enjoying d blessings
